BUSES
No. 212 service Dorchester - Yeovil Mon – Fri. only
Copies of the revised timetable in operation until 2 October are available in Maiden Newton and Cattistock Post Offices and in the Dorset County Council Time Tables booklets, Summer 2015 edition.
No. 73 service to Bridport Mon. – Fri. only
South West Coaches continue to operate this service. No changes to present timetable. This route serves Bridport Hospital and Bridport Leisure Centre.
The return service from Bridport leaving at 17:35 only runs to Maiden Newton or Cattistock if prebooked on 0845 458 1226 at least an hour before the scheduled departure time.
Cattistock residents are reminded that all the 73 services are available from Cattistock if pre-booked on 0845 458 1226 on the day before travel. The office is open from 09:00 – 17:00, Mondays to Fridays.
No. 213 Broadwindsor to Dorchester comes through Maiden Newton on Wednesdays

The return journey leaves Dorchester (Trinity Street C1) at 13:22 arriving at Maiden Newton at 13:40.
TRAINS
From 1 September the line between Westbury and Bath is due to reopen and services on our line are scheduled to return to normal.

The winter timetable begins on 13 September.
There are no service changes for Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays the 16:10 from Weymouth becomes the 15:10 and the summer extra disappears. On Sundays there are no Sunday morning trains and other alterations.

DORSET COUNTRY CAR SERVICE
Mary Smith (tel. 01300321671) will be away from September 4th to 12. Sally (01300 320969) will take the telephone calls, requesting help with transport to the surgery, hospital appointments, dentists or opticians, or to visit close relatives or friends in hospital during this period. Please give at least 48 hours notice.
