Youth Club
Details
Held at Youth and Community Centre, Chilfrome Lane (near the School) every Friday evening for Year 6 and above (aged 10+).
It is open from 7.00 - 9.30pm during the winter, and until 10.00pm during the summer months.
Information
We are a small friendly Youth Club where weekly, there are a selection of art activities, table tennis, poole, football, music, cards and sometimes we have Action Van running activities onsite. Newcomers are always welcome, and there is only a £1 charge at this point.
Activities
Every year we organise a 10 mile sponsored walk to raise money for a Summer Surf Day out at Saunton in North Devon, where the kids get a 2 hour lesson with instructors. We have been out on fishing trips from Lyme, Helecopter simulator trips, and raised £311.55 for Children in Need in 2010 when the kids raised sponsors and took part in 1 hour circuit training session!
