The latest approved minutes is always a month old (they have to be approved at the next meeting a month later), I will post these when I get them. The Parish Council have agreed to my request to post the unapproved minutes as soon as the Parish Clerk has prepared them and the Chairman has checked them. These draft minutes have a warning attached to them explaining that they may be subject to ammendment. This will enable people to find out what happens at one meeting before the next one.

Finally, as minutes of meetings become no longer current they will be placed in an archive which may be accessed for reference
