Supermodel Sheep

It's tempting to see rare breeds as agriculture's misfits and eccentrics, in fact, they're more like supermodels: highly refined for their role and really quite beautiful. This course takes you to Eggardon Hill Natural Foods Farm which specialises in Manx Loaghtan sheep. You will get to see livestock in their natural setting – roaming and grazing the West Dorset hillsides and understand the requirements and uses of rare breed sheep. This course will suit those merely curious about rare breed sheep and those tempted to take on some livestock themselves.
