Come learn the skills of field craft including stalking and approaching species - even calling birds from the trees! Spend the day strolling along the hedgerows and through the fields surrounding the Kingcombe Centre to look for, and at, the signs different species have left behind. On finding them, through a process of elimination and experience, you will (attempt!) to identify what species left the fur, feathers, footprints and faeces behind. Bryan will also tutor this course on the 30 October – why not do both and find different sets of prints and poo?!
