Parish Council Minutes
The minutes are provided as download MS Word files.
Minutes only become official documents after they have been approved at the next meeting of the council. However they will be posted here soon after the clerk has written them so that an idea of what happened at the previous meeting will be available before the next meeting. If any changes are made the file will be updated.
In April two meetings are held. One is the Annual Parish Council Meeting. The other is the Annual Parish Meeting. The latter is, technically, a meeting of the electors of the parish with everyone representing themselves. The chairman is usually, though not necessarily, the chairman of the parish council. (Frome Vauchurch only has a parish meeting. A parish meeting is required by law to meet at least twice a year unless a parish council exists).
