FitBall £5.00            Pilates £7.00

What Do I Need ?

Mats & Balls can be borrowed on a first come first served basis. If you book your space please ask at the time as equipment is limited.

Pilates - Comfortable clothing that allows free movement. All equipment provided. A water bottle if required.

FitBall - Light clothing & trainers. A fitball that is the right size for you and an exercise mat. A water bottle.

I do have a couple of balls that you can borrow if you would like to try the class. Please book a space!
