Where do Insects go in Winter?
02/03/2012 - 02/03/2012
Delve into the mysterious world of insects in winter to uncover their survival secrets during the coldest months. Look at the differences between hibernating and overwintering and explore the various stages of the insects’ life cycles such as adult, larva, egg or pupa. You should be able to find up to 30 species of insects in the fields surrounding Kingcombe at a time of year when most people seldom see any.
